Browse the Creator Marketplace

The IPX Creator Marketplace is your central hub for discovering talent across film, music, digital media, and more. To get started:

  • Navigate to Discover → Creators from the main navigation bar
  • Browse featured creators highlighted on the marketplace homepage
  • Explore trending creators based on recent engagement and project activity
  • View curated collections organized by industry, niche, or campaign type

Filter by Category, Audience Size & Engagement Rate

Use powerful filters to narrow down creators who match your campaign needs:

Category Filters

Filter by content category — Film & TV, Music, Digital/Social Media, Gaming, Podcasts, Art & Design, and more. Select multiple categories for cross-disciplinary searches.

Audience Size

Filter by follower count tiers — Nano (1K–10K), Micro (10K–100K), Mid-tier (100K–500K), Macro (500K–1M), and Mega (1M+). Combine with engagement rate for maximum precision.

Engagement Rate

Set minimum engagement rate thresholds. Higher engagement rates often indicate more authentic audiences. Industry average is 1–3% for larger accounts and 3–8% for niche creators.

View Creator Profiles

Click on any creator card to view their full profile. Each profile includes:

  • Portfolio: Past projects, content samples, and creative work showcasing their style and capabilities
  • Social Stats: Follower counts, engagement rates, audience demographics, and growth trends across all connected platforms
  • Past Projects: Previous brand collaborations, campaign results, and client testimonials
  • Verification Status: KYC verification badge, platform tenure, and trust score

Use AI-Powered Creator Matching

Let IPX's AI do the heavy lifting by analyzing your brand profile and campaign goals to recommend the best-fit creators:

  • Click "AI Match" on the marketplace toolbar
  • Describe your campaign objectives, target audience, and brand values in natural language
  • Review the AI-ranked list of creators with compatibility scores and match explanations
  • Refine results by adjusting priorities (engagement over reach, niche expertise, etc.)

Pro Tip: The AI matching engine improves over time. The more campaigns you run, the better its recommendations become for your brand.

Send Collaboration Inquiries

Once you've found creators you'd like to work with, reach out directly through IPX:

  • Click "Send Inquiry" on the creator's profile page
  • Select the inquiry type: Sponsorship, Campaign Invite, or General Collaboration
  • Write a personalized message describing your brand, campaign goals, and what you're offering
  • Attach any relevant briefs, budgets, or campaign decks
  • Track inquiry status (Sent, Viewed, Responded) from your Agency Dashboard

Bookmark and Create Shortlists

Organize your creator research with bookmarks and shortlists for easy comparison:

  • Click the bookmark icon on any creator card to save them for later
  • Create named shortlists (e.g., "Q2 Product Launch," "Summer Campaign") to group creators by campaign
  • Share shortlists with team members for collaborative review and approval
  • Add notes to each bookmarked creator with your observations and fit assessment

Evaluate Creator Fit for Your Brand

Before committing, use IPX's evaluation tools to assess whether a creator is the right fit:

  • Audience Overlap Analysis: See how much of the creator's audience matches your target demographic
  • Content Performance History: Review average views, likes, and shares across their recent content
  • Brand Safety Check: Review content themes and ensure alignment with your brand guidelines
  • Collaboration History: Check past brand partnerships and client reviews on the platform

Best Practices

Prioritize engagement over follower count

A creator with 50K highly engaged followers often delivers better ROI than one with 500K passive followers. Look for engagement rates above 3%.

Define your ideal creator persona first

Before searching, outline the creator attributes that matter most — content style, audience demographics, brand tone, and platform presence.

Personalize your outreach

Generic messages get ignored. Reference specific content the creator has made and explain why they're a great fit for your campaign.

Diversify your creator mix

Combine macro and micro-influencers for maximum reach and authenticity. Micro-influencers often drive higher conversion rates.

Check for authenticity

Look for consistent posting schedules, genuine audience interactions in comments, and organic follower growth patterns.

Troubleshooting

No creators match my filters

Problem: You've applied multiple filters but no results appear.

Solution:

Try these adjustments:

  • Broaden your category selection — try related niches
  • Lower the minimum engagement rate threshold
  • Expand the audience size range
  • Use the AI Match tool instead for more flexible discovery

Creator hasn't responded to my inquiry

Problem: You sent a collaboration inquiry but haven't received a response.

Solution:

Typical response times are 2–5 business days. Meanwhile:

  • Check the inquiry status in your Agency Dashboard — it may show "Viewed"
  • If a creator has a talent agent, the inquiry may be routed through them
  • Send a polite follow-up after 5 days
  • Consider reaching out to similar creators from your shortlist

Social stats seem inaccurate

Problem: A creator's follower count or engagement data doesn't match what you see on their social profiles.

Solution:

Social stats are synced periodically:

  • Data refreshes every 24–48 hours depending on the platform
  • Ask the creator to re-sync their connected accounts from their profile settings
  • Some platforms (TikTok) may have delayed API data
  • Contact support if discrepancies persist after a refresh

Can't access the AI Match feature

Problem: The AI Match button is grayed out or not visible.

Solution:

AI Match requires:

  • An active Agency account (not available for individual accounts)
  • A completed company profile with brand information
  • At least one active campaign or campaign draft
  • Contact support if you meet all requirements but still can't access it
