IPX Platform LLC (“IPX”) gives you full control over your personal information. This page explains exactly how to delete data, what gets deleted, how long it takes, how we verify requests, and the limited circumstances in which we are legally required to retain certain records. This page supplements our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Disconnect a single social account (instant)

  1. Sign in to IPX and open your dashboard.
  2. Go to Social Accounts.
  3. Click the delete (trash) icon next to the account you want to remove.
  4. This immediately revokes and deletes the OAuth access tokens and the profile/metrics data we stored for that connection.

Option 2 — Delete your entire IPX account

  1. Withdraw any remaining funds and cancel active subscriptions.
  2. Email privacy@ipx.exchange from the email on your account, subject “Account & Data Deletion Request,” or contact us through your dashboard.
  3. We verify your identity, delete your personal information from active systems, and email confirmation — typically within 30 days.

Option 3 — Facebook & Instagram (Meta) data deletion

You have two ways to delete data IPX obtained from Meta:

  • From Facebook: open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove “IPX,” and choose to send a data deletion request. Facebook notifies IPX automatically through our verified deletion callback, and we delete the associated data.
  • Directly with us: email privacy@ipx.exchange.

Option 4 — Google/YouTube, TikTok, X, Snapchat

  • Google / YouTube: revoke IPX’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and/or disconnect in your IPX dashboard.
  • TikTok / X / Snapchat: disconnect from your IPX dashboard (revokes tokens), and revoke app access in each platform’s account settings.

What we delete vs. what we may retain

We delete

  • Profile and account data
  • OAuth tokens and connected-platform metrics
  • Preferences and marketing profiles
  • Support history (after applicable periods)

We may retain (where legally required)

  • KYC/AML records (typically 5–7 years)
  • Transaction & tax records (typically 5–7 years)
  • Records needed for legal claims or fraud prevention
  • On-chain blockchain data (permanent, cannot be deleted)

Retained records are minimized, access-restricted, and deleted once the legal basis for retention expires. See the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

Timeline & verification

We acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours and complete them within 30 days, or as otherwise required by applicable law (an extension may apply for complex requests, with notice to you). To protect your account, we verify the identity of the requester before acting. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits, with proof of authorization.
